Breakfast Workshop: An Introduction to Transcranial Focused Ultrasound
Delegate rate: Free
20 February 2023, 07:30 (GMT)
The Brainbox Initiative, in partnership with leading experts in the field of transcranial-focused ultrasound stimulation (TUS), is excited to announce a special, one-hour breakfast workshop at the 5th International Brain Stimulation Conference at the Lisboa Congress Centre in Lisbon. This workshop is designed to provide attendees with an in-depth understanding of TUS techniques and their applications in non-invasive brain stimulation research.
The workshop will take place Monday 20th Feb at 07:30-08:30 (GMT) and will cover a range of topics related to TUS. Attendees can expect to learn about the fundamentals of TUS as a technique for non-invasive brain stimulation, gain insights into the research applications and uses of TUS, see first-hand demonstrations of TUS equipment, and examine how to carry out advanced computational modelling techniques for focused ultrasound. This workshop is highly recommended for all non-invasive brain stimulation researchers looking to use focused ultrasound in their research.
The workshop will be led by esteemed experts in the field, who will provide attendees with valuable information and insights that they can take back to their own research. Additionally, attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions and engage in discussion with the workshop leaders and other attendees.
Registration for this workshop is free for all attendees who have registered for the 5th International Brain Stimulation Conference. However, spaces for this event are strictly limited, so we encourage delegates to register soon to avoid missing out. This is an excellent opportunity for researchers to expand their knowledge of TUS and to network with other experts in the field.
In addition to the workshop, the 5th International Brain Stimulation Conference will feature a variety of other sessions and events, including keynote lectures, panel discussions, poster sessions, and networking opportunities. The conference is an excellent platform for researchers and practitioners to share their latest findings and to learn about the latest developments in the field of brain stimulation.
Don't miss out on this opportunity to learn from the best and to advance your knowledge of TUS techniques. Register now for the 5th International Brain Stimulation Conference and the TUS workshop.
